Cover letter which includes the contact information, institutional affiliation for all the authors, and corresponding author
Conflict of interest link
Authorship agreement
For “winning posters” submit the following information in a separate file: Title and date of the competition; name and contact information of the competition coordinator, judging criteria, number of posters submitted names of the departments participating, winning categories, authorship agreement for the authors of the posters, and the poster tittles with authors. Please make sure to include the image of the poser in PDF format.
